How is momentum calculated?

Each habit starts at 50 out of 100. A check-in adds 8 points. Each day you were scheduled to do the habit and didn't takes away 5 points. Days outside the habit's schedule are ignored. The score stays between 0 and 100.

I'm not getting reminders

Open iPhone Settings, choose Momentli, then Notifications, and make sure notifications are allowed. Momentli sends a reminder only after you have been away from a habit for a few days.

Will my data move to a new phone?

Momentli has no accounts and no cloud sync. Your habits are stored on your device. If you restore a new iPhone from an iPhone or iCloud backup, the app's data may be restored with it, depending on your backup settings. If you set up a new phone without a backup, your history won't transfer.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the Momentli app from your iPhone. That removes everything it stored on your device. We don't hold a copy.
